Just as importantly, his kindness, helpfulness and open manner mean that he is easy to approach. In particular, several years ago he noticed an unsafe, loose hand rail, and took a moment to repair it. A terrific worker, and good man.

Shannon was super nice and very knowledgeable on what needed to get done with my furnace issue. He made great recommendation for getting a more efficient model so I could save money. He went above and beyond and worked past the dinner hour to resolve my furnace issue.
