- Stuart Lawson Added 2018-03-18★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This restaurant is not yet ready for review, so it gets three stars to balance negativity. They just opened with new staff, and are working through their issues. We had some issues on our first visit and spoke to the manager; the issues were not repeated.
I will point out that the bar area is a bit snug, and could lose a few tables. The review will be updated in a month or two, once they have had some time to work out the challenges. - Elvis Gregory Added 2017-11-02★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely slow service, food is substandard with small portion and over priced, (We went on a Sunday) I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, it was horribly disgusting. The server asked: "How was the food? I mean the plates were 3/4 untouched, (We told her the food was simply the worse) no effort to readjust the bill. (Still we left a small tip, because it's not the server's fault she works for incompetent management) We'll NEVER go back there. This place is a disgrace to the rest of the Boston Pizza Chain. (1 star for good toast and free soda refile, and that's generous.)
