  This is the best BRP dealership in eastern Ontario. Etienne Blanchard and his team are top notch. I can be a very difficult customer at times, I have a persistent disability in choosing what Snowmobile I wish to purchase for every snow season.... but it doesn't seem to bother Mr.Blanchard, Etienne is very gracious with his time and always ensures that I end up with the best sled possible!!
  
  The staff at Loiselle are very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. Chris is the ultimate parts manager, so very resourceful. Julienne runs the mechanics extremely efficiently, he has a great raport with all his techs. The ladies in the front desk and in clothing are extremely helpful, Sam has been outfitting our entire family for years now. The sales crew are very appreciated, they always find a way to make the deal work for both parties.
  
  I am so sold on each and every visit I have at Loiselle that I pass other BRP dealerships on my way to Embrun. My family has bought 5 sleds in half a decade all from Loiselle. I have brought a few friends and contacts to the dealership who now feel the same.
  
  In world where everyone wants your business, but few have earned it, I will continue my patronage with Loiselle Sports and Team Blanchard.
